Any account you register with us in using our Servicesis referred to as a “Service Account(s)”.
We only ask for Personal Informationwhen we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your explicit knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law or when we have your explicit consent to do so.
Our Services may link to external websites or apps that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these websites and apps, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your Personal Information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired Services.

For the purpose of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is Powr of You Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 5984 Lombard Street, Dublin, California 94568, USA. EU and UK data subjects can contact us using the methods listed in the “How can you exercise your data rights” section below.
1. What we do?
You live in a constantly connected reality, both online and offline. People use the web, mobile apps and connected devices, and generate large amounts of data. That data can be really useful to you! This Service provides an easy way to gather data about your digital life, and earn rewards from this data.
2. Information we collect when you connect Accounts
Once you create an account on the Service, you can connect it to the accounts you hold with apps, extensions provided by the Serviceand other third party technical and commercial service providers, and third parties (“Third Party Partner(s)”), including (without limitation) social networking websites, internet browsers and ISPs.
When you connect the Service with an account held with a Third Party Partner, we will import Personal Information and other data from the Third Party Partner. We then sync the information that you create with the Third Party Partner with your Service Account, as you create it. By connecting this way we are able to generate insights from across multiple sources, on an ongoing basis.
You can also choose to also add additional information to your Account, to further supplement the information. As always, the choice is yours and you can choose to connect your Service Account with all, a selection of, or even none our Services and/or Third Party Partners.
If you do choose to connect your Service Account to a First Party App or Third Party Partner, we will first tell you what information we will collect and ask for your consent. If you agree to our collecting this information, we will access and collect information historically, where possible. If you continue to use that First Party App or Third Party Partner, we will collect new information from it as you create it (even if you are not logged into your Account or visiting the Services). We will do this until you tell us to stop. We collect information as you create it so that we can provide our Services.
3. Third party integrations
When you use our Services, we use the following third-party integrations to provide our Services in an effective way:

4. Other information we collect
When you use our Services, we may also collect and use the following information about you:
- Information that you provide to us when creating your Account or when completing other forms on our Services. When you create an Account, we will ask for your e-mail address as well as any other related information we may need to set up and administer your account.
- Aura Android app collects location data to enable rewards when you opt-in to participate in a market research study. The app collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use only when you are part of a research study. If you are not currently participating in any studies, no location data is tracked even if you have given permission to do so
- When we request that you share information and you choose to do so to respond to our questions, to fulfil your requests, or to share knowledge about an issue
- We also collect technical information about your use of our Services through a mobile device or computer, such as operating system, browser and connection information, mobile carrier, model, device identifiers. This information is collected and used by us automatically if you use the Service through your mobile device(s).
5. Information we do not capture

- email or messaging content (SMS or WhatsApp or similar messaging service content)
6. How we use information we receive?
The Service uses this data for aggregating to provide market research to clients. We may also use aggregate data
- Informing future product features and creating data products
- Internal operations including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research
- Service improvement
Your data is held in the strictest of confidence; it will only be shared in an anonymized and aggregated form unless there is explicit consent from you.
7. Sharing disclosure
- We may disclose your Personal Information to any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party if required to do so by law or to (i) facilitate compliance with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Powr of You Inc., (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect and/or mitigate against legal liability.
- We may disclose your Personal Information to any third party that purchases, or to which we transfer, all or substantially all our assets and business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will require such third party to become a Data Controller for the purposes of the information and use reasonable efforts to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your Personal Information uses it in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- We may share your Personal Information with any member of our corporate group, which means any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entity of Powr of You Inc., whether now existing or formed in the future.
8. Do we share your personal information?
Please note that we may share the Personal Information you provide to us with one or more of our affiliated group companies or with our Third Party Partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. By submitting information to us, you agree to such storing, transferring and processing of Personal Information. Some of these affiliated group companies and service providers may be based in territories that are outside of the European Economic Area that are not governed by European data protection laws. However, where this is the case, we will take measures to ensure that your Personal Information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
9. Security
We want you to feel confident about using our Services and we are committed to protecting the Personal Information that we collect. We limit access to Personal Information about you to employees or consultants who reasonably need access to it to provide products or services to you, or in order to do their jobs, whether such employees or consultants are based in the EU or otherwise. We have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect the Personal Information you provide to us against unauthorized or unlawful use and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.
We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Services; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
10. How can you edit, access or delete your personal information?
You can edit the account information linked to your Service Account and change which Third Party Partner your Service Account connects with. If you choose to stop a Third Party Partner connecting with your Service Account, you can disconnect it and we will no longer collect Personal Information from that Third Party Partner. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information by law and/or for own legitimate business purposes.
You may also use the Email Preferences section of your Service Account to opt-out of receiving information about our products and services. Please note, however, that we will continue to send you service-related (non-marketing) communications. We will only send you marketing emails if you have permitted us to (and you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe in each of our emails).
You have the right to ask for a copy of any Personal Information that we hold about you in our records, to correct any inaccuracies and to update any out-of-date information. Please write to us at the address listed below should you wish to do so.
You may close your Service Account(s) by requesting deletion on the Service or Contact Us. If you close your Service Account, we delete all your Personal Information. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information by law and/or for own legitimate business purposes.
Please note that if you disconnect a Third Party Partner that is connected to your Service Account, we will delete the Personal Information that we have collected from it.
11. Rewards payment
All rewards for the Service are paid or provided by the respective organizations that invite you to join the research study. They are not administered by the Service.
12. Other websites and social networks
Our Services may contain links to other websites or apps which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these websites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
Our Services may also offer you the opportunity to share or follow information about our Services(or the products and/or services available through it) using third party social networking functionality (such as through “share this”, “like” or “follow” buttons).
We offer this in order to generate interest in our Services among the members of your social networks, and to permit you to share and follow opinions, news and recommendations about our Services with your friends. However, you should be aware that sharing personal or non- Personal Information with a social network may result in that information being collected by the social network provider or result in that information being made publicly available, including through internet search engines.
Please note that we do not endorse or control the policies or practices of any website to which we provide a link or any third-party social network whose functionality you may access through our Services. You should always read the privacy policy of any website you access or social network through which you share information carefully in order to understand their specific privacy and information usage practices.
13. Data retention
If you hold a Service Account, we delete the data associated with your Service Account as per our data retention policy. The data retention policy can be modified at our discretion to support business activities.
If you would like to delete your account, you can request it from withing the Services.
14. Safety of minors
Our Servicesare not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under the age of 16 (or under a higher age if permitted by the laws of their residence). We do not knowingly collect personal data from Minors or allow them to register. 15. Changes to our privacy policy
The services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated or modified from time to time for any reason without prior notice. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our services or by emailing you.
Your continued use of the services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
If you do not agree to these changes, please do not continue to use our services.
16. Your rights
Some of our users (in particular, European users) have certain legal rights to obtain information about whether we hold Personal Information about them, to access Personal Information we hold about them, and to obtain its correction, update, amendment or deletion in appropriate circumstances. 18. Do Not Sell My Personal Information (California Residents)
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. The company respects your privacy and the control you have over your personal information.
Definition of ‘Sale’:
For the purposes of this policy, “sale” refers to the transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. The company does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, we may share information with third-party service providers or partners for the purposes of providing our services with your explicit consent, improving user experiences, and other purposes as outlined in this privacy policy.
Your Rights:
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information. To exercise this right, please contact us via email.
Upon receiving a do not sell request, we will confirm receipt within 10 days and provide information about how we will process your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
